Lone Tree home prices fall in the third quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2020 in Lone Tree fell by $9,250 while total sales decreased by 27.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2020, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $136,750 - a 6.3% decrease over the $146,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Lone Tree in the third quarter of 2019.

The median sales tax in Lone Tree for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,094, approximately 1.5% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2020.
