University Heights home prices rise in August 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2020 in University Heights rose by $28,000 while total sales remained unchanged with three homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2020, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $253,000 - a 12.4% increase over the $225,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in University Heights in August 2019, as well.

The median sales tax in University Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,236, approximately 1.7% of the median home sale price for August 2020.
